Our Shipping Policy
We at Bliss Home, can ship to virtually any address in India. Note that there are restrictions on few products, and few cannot be shipped to remote locations. We are there to solve these, however it might take little bit more time to get your product delivered to you.
When you place an order with us, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your products and the shipping options you have chosen. Please note the shipping rates for many items we sell are volume-based.
Return & Refund Policy
Everything You Need to Know
To be eligible for a return, the product should be in the same condition you received it and must be unused. It must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition. Once we receive your product, we will inspect it and will immediately notify you on the refund status after inspection is completed.
You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to raise a complaint regarding your product. If we delivered wrong product or it is damaged, we will be requiring photographic / video proofs for this. This kind of return must be done within 24 hours of delivery signature and we will bear the shipping charges for the same.
If the return is approved, the refund will be initiated in the original method of the payment you have done. The shipping cost will be non-refundable and will be deducted from the amount credited to you.
